The Enterprise Setup takes the Standard Setup to another level - your own Exclusive Private Networks.
While the standard setups run on the general SecurityNet.Global private network, the Enterprise Setup gives you access to a single or multiple Exclusive Discrete Private Networks.
You can have one single Global Enterprise Network, or divide your network into multiple Regional or Departmental networks, each one totally separate and discrete - a user on one network does not have access to users on a different network.
This way, you keep your business areas totally separated - not just "Chinese Walls" but physically segregated.
Not only that, you can set up a pre-defined list of authorised contacts for each network.
Create Multiple Regional SecurityNet networks:
How to get started:
Create a list of pre-authorised User Ids and upload this to the Network database.
Install SecurityNet for your organisation's personnel:
Supply each of your colleagues with a copy of SecurityNet and their unique User Id.
On set-up, the user will enter their User Id. Once installed, each user can build their own contact list of pre-authorised users that they would wish to exchange data with. These could be internal or external users.
Provide the SecurityNet Client to your external clients:
The SecurityNet Client allows only single pair of users to exchange data.
Supply each of your external clients with a copy of the SecurityNet Client and both their unique User Id and their primary contact's User ID.
On set-up, the client will enter both their own User ID and their primary contact's User ID. The client will only be able to exchange data with this primary contact within your organisation.
Working with your SecurityNet networks:
Use the point-and-click screen to select your contact and the files to send. Or....
Use Windows to drag and drop files into a predefined SecurityNet folder. Or...
Configure your in-house applications to write their files to a SecurityNet folder.
SecurityNet will check to see if you have anything to send or receive and automatically encrypt and transfer your data.
